Nuvix operates this learning platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, enrol in a programme, or contact us, and how we handle it.

Account data: name, email address, and phone number you provide at sign-up or sign-in (including via Google).

Learning data: programmes you enrol in, progress, assessment results, and certificates.

Payment data: processed by our payment gateway; we store the order and invoice records, never your full card details.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers.

To create and manage your account and deliver the programmes you enrol in.

To process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices.

To send service messages (verification, receipts, cohort updates) and, where you consent, marketing communications.

To improve the platform and keep it secure.

We share data only with processors who help us run the service — cloud hosting, payment processing, email and analytics providers — under appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Use the Privacy & Data controls in your account panel, or contact us.
