  • What does Nuvix teach?

    Nuvix trains engineers for Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) roles across six specialisms: DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, and Full-Stack Development. Every track combines hands-on production curriculum with embedded customer-facing engineering practice.

  • How are Nuvix cohorts structured?

    Cohorts are small (capped at 30 students), live, instructor-led over Zoom or Google Meet, with weekly hands-on labs and an end-of-cohort capstone. Sessions are scheduled in India time and recorded for replay. Students keep lifetime access to materials and join the Nuvix alumni community after completion.

  • Who teaches Nuvix courses?

    Courses are taught by working industry practitioners — engineers currently shipping production systems in DevOps, SRE, cloud, data, and full-stack roles. The founder, Soumya Parida, has 18+ years across DevSecOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure Engineering and has trained 1000+ engineers across 100+ batches.

  • Do Nuvix courses include a certificate?

    Yes. Every Nuvix course issues a verifiable digital certificate on completion, validatable at https://www.nuvix.dev/certificate-validation. Each certificate carries a unique certificate number tied to the student's enrolment record.

  • Which payment methods does Nuvix support?

    Nuvix accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and EMI through Razorpay. All transactions are billed in Indian rupees with GST-compliant invoices issued automatically for every paid order. Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase through the in-app refund request flow.

  • Is Nuvix suitable for beginners?

    Each course states its prerequisite level on the detail page. Foundation tracks (Linux, Networking, Git, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, AWS) are designed for newcomers and assume no prior cloud or DevOps background. Specialism tracks (SRE, Platform, Data) assume Foundation-level fluency.

  • Does Nuvix offer placement support?

    Yes — graduates of cohort-based programmes receive interview preparation, resume review, and introductions to hiring partners. The Forward Deployed Engineer curriculum specifically prepares candidates for FDE roles at companies including those building AI-native enterprise products.
